三、顶尖 WEB3 交易所：海外增长负责人|迪拜/吉隆坡/新加坡（对标 P8-P10 ） Job Description: • Develop and execute the product strategy for affiliates including external facing products (affiliate and affiliated users) and internal facing products (operations) while aligning with overall business objectives and customer needs • Oversee the development and optimization of the commissions calculation system while ensuring accurate and transparent commission payouts • Build products across various surfaces and platforms (mobile app, website, internal tools, APIs) that make the affiliate programme compelling and reliable • Lead the end to end product development process from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design and other teams to prioritize and deliver high quality features • Experience with full-stack product delivery that includes UX and backend systems • Ensure the quality of the system, assist in testing and troubleshooting, and ensure stable operation of the system.
